Patrick Bell is an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers, operating out of both the Atlanta and Cumming (Forsyth County) offices. In addition to representing clients throughout North Georgia, Patrick also serves as the company’s Director of Business Development, where he focuses on expanding market share, strengthening agent collaboration, and building strategic relationships that drive commercial growth across Metro Atlanta and beyond.
With a strong foundation in public service and economic development, Patrick brings a unique perspective to commercial real estate. As a former Forsyth County Commissioner, he developed an in-depth understanding of zoning, land use, development incentives, and entitlement processes—experience that allows him to guide clients through the often complex landscape of local government approvals with clarity and confidence.
Patrick is widely recognized for his creativity, tenacity, and results-driven approach in facilitating general commercial and land transactions. His ability to find solutions and negotiate effectively has earned him a reputation for closing even the most challenging deals.
A small business owner since the age of 21, Patrick’s nearly 40 years of entrepreneurial experience give him an analytical edge when advising clients. He leverages a deep understanding of financial modeling, market data, and operational realities to help investors, developers, and property owners make informed, profitable decisions – whether they are buying, selling, or leasing.
